- How to book When you have decided to stay at one of our properties please telephone 07801 625012 or e-mail us on sue@lyness.co.uk with the dates you would like to go. Providing it is available we can hold an option for a few days pending receipt of your booking form together with a cheque for 25% deposit of the booking price. Please make your cheque payable to BE Overseas. We will then send you confirmation of your booking with the remainder being payable 10 weeks prior to your departure. We regret that no animals are allowed.
- Cancellations Should you cancel before 10 weeks prior to your departure then you will loose your deposit. Should you cancel after making the full payment there will be no refund on the holiday price but we will refund the breakage deposit and any extras you may have booked in full. It is essential that every person takes out holiday insurance from the moment of booking, which includes cancellation cover, liability and personal liability cover.
- On Arrival You can occupy the property from 2pm for Portugal holidays, and 4pm on Lanzarote holidays, on the day of your arrival and must vacate by 10am on the last day of your stay. Whilst we aim to have the property cleaned by this time on your arrival day this cannot always be completed in time. If this is the case you may leave your cases in the acommodation and enjoy the pool and terrace areas while the house-keeper completes her work.
- Breakage Deposit Clients are responsible for any breakages, damage or losses to the property and its contents. The breakage deposit is £100. We do prefer clients to inform this office during their stay of any damage so that the matter can be rectified on the spot. This will ensure that there is no delay returning your breakage deposit which will be returned less any deductions within 4 weeks of your return to the UK.
- All bookings are made on your understanding of that each property has a strict no smoking policy. Your co-operation with this is greatly appreciated.
