Our villa in Costa Teguise sports 2 bedrooms, a pull down double bed in the dining room and a bed settee in the shower/spa room and 2 bathrooms with separate kitchen with safety deposit box, television (BBC & ITV both available), sound surround system including video, DVD player an iron & ironing board, hairdryer, music centre with CD player, barbecue.
Transfer from the airport is about 15 minutes and costs about £10 (15 euros) per journey.
The Villa is situated on the complex of Playa Bastian, which offers 3 pools (1 is heated in winter) and a poolside bar run by English people that offers drinks, light refreshments & snacks. |

Playa Bastian is close to:
- Public telephones, Taxi Rank, Bus stops, Rent-a-Car and Exchange Bureaux are all within a 2 minute walk.
- Beach is a 3 minute walk away but we would NOT recommend this for swimming due to strong undercurrents. Other beaches within 8 to 15 minutes stroll are much more suitable for swimming.
- About 10 Restaurants, Cocktail Bar, Netto Supermarkets, Take-away Pizza and Chinese Take-away all within 5 minutes walk together with an Arcade serving snacks and drinks until about 1am.
- More than 50 Restaurants, hotels and shops within a 15 minute walk and more fine sandy beaches can be found along the way.
- Golf course only 5 minutes drive away. Discounted rates are sometimes available if you book more than one round.

- Villa ‘Roosters’ sleeps up to 6 people with bedroom 1 having a double bed, bedroom 2 having 2 single beds, and a pull down double bed with a full size mattress in the dining room.
- Change over day is Thursday so all bookings must run Thursday to Thursday
